Help needed in Lubeck

Johan (Jan) Nicolay Thee from Lubeck
Born 1753 (1756) died 24/12-1824 Bergen Norway.
He was a carpenter. He did come to Norway ca. 1790
Do you have clue? Is Thee still used in Lubeck?

The family history says he was from Schleswig Holstein.

Hans Hendrick Støhrmann born 8. mars 1805 in Kellinghusen / Itzhoe Holstein Germany. He died in Bergen Norway 1889. His fathers name was Hans Støhrmann and mother was Catharina Magdalena Micheels they married 20.10. 1799 . 
Hans Hendrick was an instrument maker and had a factory producing pianos in Bergen. 1848-1860.

They lived in Engen 20 in the center of Bergen.

The family history says he was from Schleswig Holstein. And the name is put together "St"oer" or Stuer and mann, meaning the man who always stood fishing at the river Stoer / Stør. We have tried a lot on the Norwegian side to search our German ancestors, but with little luck. So this is the new way to approach our problem. Hope someone out there can help us. Thank you.

News:
On a visit to Bergen this September, I found  Hans Hendrick's passport to Norway in 1840. Thanks to Yngve Nedreboe at the State Archives in Bergen I was able to finally find his passport.

When he arrives his first place to live is
with the family of Daniel Stoltz in Sandvigen
Bergen. Also a maker of music instruments I think. 

To my amazement he came from Copenhagen Denmark How can I find him there??

Did he stay there some years to learn his trade.
